FAQs
Where will it be held?
This year we will be based at Globe Waterside, a brand new space in Leeds city centre just off Globe Road. We are based just a 5-10 minute from the train station right by the railway track and opposite Chow Down/Temple Arches.
You can find us at LS11 5QG
What are the different booking options?
This year we will have three different booking options, there are as follows:
General Admission (Unreserved Table) – This will gain you entry to Oktoberfest Leeds 2021, you will be able to grab yourself an available table and order your drinks from the bar. Each General Admission ticket admits one person, so if you’re a group of 10, you would buy 10 individual tickets.
General Admission (Reserved Table) – This year we have an option to reserve a table for groups of either 4, 6 or 8. You will get a free stein upon entry per person and will also get table service from our lovely team!
VIP Ticket – The best seats in the house! You’ll be placed in front of the stage and will have access to the VIP area, as well as a reserved table (for 4, 6 or 8 people), table service, a free stein per person, a shot of Bavarian Schnapps per person and a Bavarian hat.
All free steins and shots are complementary and are given out per person that arrives.
Do we have to book or can we just come on the day?
Oktoberfest Leeds always sells out so we advise booking your place as soon as tickets go on sale!
What drink and food will be available?
Every year we have an authentic Bavarian brewery on board to bring Bavaria as close to Yorkshire as possible! This will be accompanied by other beers, wines and spirits.
Food-wise, we’ll have ‘Get Wurst’ serving up bratwurst, currywurst and other Oktoberfest specialities. With more traders to be announced very soon…
Will you have music?
Yes! Every year we have an in-house Oompah band and this year will be no different. During every single session the band will perform multiple times, with short intervals in between.
Can we bring children?
Unfortunately not – sorry! Oktoberfest Leeds 2021 is an 18+ only event.
Do we have to arrive at a certain time?
Please arrive on time for your session where possible. Each day is split into several sessions so once your session is up, we cannot overrun. And we wouldn’t want you to miss out on valuable Oktoberfest time!
Each session lasts 3 hours.
Is it table service or do we order at the bar?
This year, we will be operating both table service and bar service – this depends on the ticketing type you book.
General Admission will be bar service, whereas a reserved table or a VIP ticket gets you table service.
Can we pay in cash or are you a cashless venue?
We’re a cashless venue – we accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
Can we change the time, date or any other details of our booking?
Unfortunately not – tickets are highly likely to sell out across the whole weekend and therefore we will be unable to transfer people.
Please ensure you book the correct date and time.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable under all circumstances – including Covid.
